NFU Mutual Armagh & Markethill is proud to support PIPS Suicide Prevention Charity as its charity partner for 2025. PIPS Charity provides suicide prevention and bereavement support, delivering immediate and compassionate help to individuals and families across Northern Ireland.
As part of this partnership, and through NFU Mutual’s national £2.33 million Agency Giving Fund, their Agency nominated PIPS Charity to receive a £7,899 donation—contributing to NFU Mutual’s wider £4 million pledge to charities in 2025. You can read more about the initiative here:

This donation is helping PIPS Charity develop “Little Boxes of Hope”—thoughtful gifts for children completing their counselling journey. In their own words, PIPS Charity explains:
“This Little Box of Hope was made possible thanks to the generosity of NFU Mutual Armagh & Markethill. Every item inside has been chosen with care to bring comfort, calm, and a sense of hope to young people going through a challenging time. It’s a small reminder that they are not alone – that there are people who care deeply, even if they’ve never met. Given with care, created with love.”

“We are deeply grateful to the NFU Mutual Armagh & Markethill Agency for their generous support, which has enabled us to create the Little Boxes of Hope. Each young person who completes their journey with PIPS Suicide Prevention Charity will receive a box, designed to provide ongoing self-care tools and resources to support their wellbeing beyond our service. This initiative would not have been possible without this donation, and it will leave a lasting impact on the lives of the children and young people we work with.”
In addition to the donation, the Agency team has also supported PIPS Charity through a series of fundraising and awareness activities during the year, including collections at the Armagh and Newry Shows and participation in the Darkness Into Light walk, which raises awareness of suicide prevention.
