Our Fundraising Guidelines
The Code aims to:
• Promote consistent, high standards of fundraising.
• Ensure charities, their representatives, and fundraisers know what is expected of them.
• Protect the public from undue pressure or harassment during fundraising activities.
Your Responsibilities
When fundraising for PIPS Charity, you must:
• Follow the law and comply with all relevant regulations.
• Be open and honest about how donations will be used.
• Avoid pressuring or misleading the public into making donations.
• Respect people’s wishes if they do not want to engage.
• Conduct your fundraising activities with integrity and professionalism.
You must not:
• Harass, pressure, or coerce the public into donating.
• Behave in a way that causes distress, offense, or discomfort.
• Cause disruption or create problems in public spaces during events.
