Kerri Pollock

Kerri Pollock has been a Human Resource professional for 10 years having gained the majority of her experience from working for NIE Networks. Through her role she has been involved with an increasing number of adults with mental ill-health. With an interest in this area Kerri completed a MSc in HRM in 2019 choosing to focus her dissertation on mental health. Kerri’s relationship with PIPS started in 2020 when they were selected at the company’s charity partner. Kerri recognises the increasing need for support in this area.

Outside of work Kerri dedicates her time in the youth sector having been a Girls Brigade Officer for over 10 years with an aim to positively influence these girls and to add value, nurture and equip them for life. In addition to company involvement, she also represents her district as a Northern Ireland training team representative.
