The minimum age requirement is 18

• If you use an inhaler or require any medication please bring it with you.
• Participants are requested not to take alcohol or any drugs which might impair their ability to abseil prior to the event. The safety officer may refuse to allow any individual to abseil and is not required to give reasons.

No experience is required.  All games and activities will be explained on the day by a member of the venue events team.

There will be ample space on the day for friends, family and colleagues to come along to cheer the team on.

Yes, there is a minimum fundraising target of £800 for your team!

Our dedicated fundraisers will be there to support you every step of the way.

This is a team event so you’ll need to gather up to 10 of your colleagues and friends as a team.  Once the team place is confirmed, individual team members will claim their place on the team registering online.
