Christmas Campaign 2025 – Give the Gift of Hope

Help us bring light and comfort to those struggling with thoughts of suicide, self-harm, and poor mental health this Christmas.
While Christmas is a time of connection and joy for many, for others it can be the hardest time of the year.
Your support can help us plant the seeds of hope — ensuring that no one faces their darkest moments alone.

The Reality This Christmas

Over the festive period, our team will support hundreds of people in emotional crisis. Calls for help often increase at Christmas — when loneliness, financial stress, and grief can feel overwhelming.

Your kindness can help us answer those calls and provide the lifeline someone desperately
needs.

Together, we can plant the seeds of hope where it’s needed most.

Erin’s story

‘Opening up and talking about my trauma has been one of the hardest things to do, but it’s given me hope, something I never had before.’
