VOLUNTEERING

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to join our team. They are a fundamental part of the makeup of the organisation and make it possible for us to carry out our life saving services.

Why volunteer?

  • You can fit it around your schedule. As an event volunteer you can give as much or as little time that you have free. We ask careteam volunteers to be to commit to 4 hours per week, the same day and times.
  • You can make a huge difference in someone’s life by simple giving some of your time. You are supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
  • You receive PIPS befriending training and are offered various training courses that become available within the charity.
  • You will meet new people and become part of a team. There are various people involved in PIPS from clients, staff, volunteers and outside organisations.

How to get involved?

Simply contact the office and a volunteer application form can be emailed or posted to you. Return your completed form and we will get in contact with you to arrange a meeting.
